These terms govern your use of the Hidden Road Tours website and your participation in any experience offered by Hidden Road Tours, based in Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kerala, India. By booking or enquiring about an experience, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Hidden Road Tours via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

5. Participation & Safety

You participate in all experiences at your own risk. You must follow all instructions given by your host at all times. Hidden Road Tours reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other guests, or the host.

We do not claim specific licences, permits, certifications or insurance coverage beyond what we have actually obtained. We believe in honest communication.

6. Health & Medical Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate in the experience you have booked. Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, disabilities or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

7. Photography & Media

Hidden Road Tours may photograph or film experiences for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please inform your host before the experience begins.

8. Liability

Hidden Road Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
